Sonia specialises in the examination of regulation and governance, the ethical, legal, social, and human rights issues raised by existing and emerging health technologies, and how law and regulation can be used to improve health and prevent illness and disease. Her work spans areas such as assisted reproduction, genetic technologies, therapeutic goods, human subject research, health across the lifespan, and public or global health.
